Context

IDEA — Bentley’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance group — brings colleagues together across the globe to connect, learn, and foster a more inclusive workplace.

IDEA is an initiative designed to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Under the overarching IDEA umbrella, there are six dedicated groups (People of Color, Women, India, Disabilities, Pride and Veterans & Friends), each with its own focus on promoting diversity and inclusion within Bentley.

Design

To support this initiative, we are creating a professional suite of logos that embodies the values of IDEA while visually unifying the six groups under one cohesive identity. By combining innovation with intentional design, we aim to ensure that IDEA not only advances our internal culture but also strengthens our connection to the global infrastructure community we serve.
